Over the years, Hibachi Bali has grown through collaborations with respected venues and by training dedicated students who continue building careers in the hibachi world. For Chef Danny, hibachi isn’t just dinner—it’s discipline, timing, heat mastery, and the ability to create a moment people remember. Today, the mission remains simple: deliver a high-quality hibachi experience for guests in Bali, and share real hibachi skills through structured training for the next generation of chefs.
